Galaxy Tab

Feeling less than enthusiastic with your Galaxy tab? Verizon is rolling out an update to the tablet, whose upcoming LTE radio and higher resolution rear camera has surprised us at CES. In particular, promise the tweaks to speed up browser performance and extend battery life, especially in the search for WiFi hotspots.

The update also packs a whole series of improvements to the non-Gmail email app (if you even use it), including better font size and link, a line in the status bar indicates the time the email is received, larger annex openingsDownloads, Word doc, and the ability to send multiple name cards.

If your tab is not the update yet, well received, keep your eyes open.
Update: Verizon's LTE Galaxy tab is still in the works; This fix will help save current 3 G battery life of the tab, especially while it searches for WiFi hotspots.
